Removed “PractitionerRole” and “RelatedPerson” from multiple patient services data support list (Step 8 of “Paragraph (g)(10)(i) – Data response”).

Addressed type in § 170.315(g)(10)(vii) by removing duplicative text “is not supported.”

The United States Core Data for Interoperability (USCDI) Certification Companion Guide has also been updated to provide clarification on the associated certification criteria and the LOINC codes included in the “Applicable Standard(s) section of Data Elements of USCDI.
