Added a step for issuance of a refresh token to native apps that can store a refresh token (Step 21 of “Paragraph(g)(10)(v)(A)- Authentication and authorization for patient and user scopes).
Removed “PractitionerRole” and “RelatedPerson” from multiple patient services data support list (Step 8 of “Paragraph (g)(10)(i) – Data response”).

Updated clarifications based on adoption of US Core IG 3.1.1, which include removing USCDI “allergy intolerance,” USCDI “head circumference,” and US Core IG “RelatedPerson” and “PractitionerRole” clarifications.
Addressed type in § 170.315(g)(10)(vii) by removing duplicative text “is not supported.”
