The State Certification Testing of Voting Systems National Conference aims to “‘share ideas and solutions for ensuring voting and election system reliability, transparency, and integrity through better testing of systems. The primary goal of the conference is to provide a venue for practitioners and academics to share best practices for voting system testing and management, to explore more efficient and effective methods for testing and implementing voting and election systems, and to identify common challenges and potential mitigations to those challenges.”  The 2023 working conference will include a panel discussion on risk-limiting audits featuring national experts.
