SLI Compliance® will be represented at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) Virtual Meeting on the Voluntary Electronic Poll Book Pilot Program on November 17, 2023 at 2:00pm EST.

This live event, hosted by The EAC’s Election Supporting Technology Evaluation Program (ESTEP), will provide information about the E-Poll Book Pilot Program as well as technology from pilot participants, state and local jurisdictions, and voting system test laboratories.

This live event can be viewed on the EAC’s YouTube channel.

The EAC’s Election Supporting Technology Evaluation Program (ESTEP) released findings from the Voluntary Electronic Poll Book (EPB) Pilot Program, which was conducted by ESTEP to test baseline requirements for e-poll books.  ESTEP’s report identifies findings, limitations, and solutions to establishing a formal program for Electronic Poll Book certification. ESTEP’s findings indicate that our nation’s e-poll books are ready for use in elections, however, the ESTEP Director is recommending a formal program for EPB testing and certification at the EAC.
